In this farm (Agritourismo), we personally welcome you and we do our utmost to make your stay in Tuscany as memorable as possible… i.e. unforgettable. The renovated guest rooms with their typical Tuscany-style furniture all have private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, Sat-TV, minibar, safe. Perfect for families, couples and individuals.

On request, we may be able to find you more rooms with kitchenette in this “Agritourismo” place.

Start your day with a sumptuous buffet breakfast and a dinner in the chalet. Dinner is made partly with organic products of the estate. Enjoy tasty sausages, appetizers, pasta dishes, main dishes, desserts, water, wine and coffee.



The surrounding vineyards produces DOC-wines (Vino a Denominazione di Origine Controllata), and the olive grove in the adjacent hills fine extra virgin olive oil. Both these delicious products constitute perfect side dishes to a traditional farmer’s meal. Try 'Pan unto' (bread slices with olive oil) and 'Panzanella' (bread in oil with salad vegetables). Massimo also cooks for you in the traditional Tuscan way: homemade pasta, pizzas and cakes from the wood stove. In the autumn, the surrounding forests abound with chestnuts and cep mushrooms, the basic ingredient for Castagnaccio (flat cake made with chestnut flour), Risotto and mushrooms soups.
You can also join us for grape picking or harvesting olives.


We organize Tuscan cooking classes and yoga lessons. A culinary journey with wine, olives and olive tasting is there just waiting for you. A healing source of drinking water is at your disposal at all times.

You can also enjoy the panoramic swimming pool. Our lit tennis court can also be used at night.

Description of the area:

More than most cities of Tuscany, Pistoia has preserved the dark atmosphere of the Middle Ages. The austere beauty of the historic centre with numerous squares, churches and palaces, are there to be discovered. The market in the old city of Pistoia takes place on Wednesday and Saturday, but there is a daily vegetable market in a small, well-preserved square with lots of tasteful shops and daily culinary offers.

Travelling for hours on a motorcycle along the roads of Tuscany (about 50,000 km) obviously makes the idea of bike tours spring to mind. Get to know the scenery and the sights as well as the Italian way of life and the mentality here.



Ride your motorbike through the winding countryside of beautiful Tuscany. Once you have done it, you will definitely be coming back. Why not come here with your fellow bikers? Enjoy the evening in a comfortable atmosphere after having toured the area. Order a tasty
4 course menu or gather outside for a barbecue.

In Lamporecchio (3 km from the estate) there is a Spa Wellness centre, Fitness club.

Sports lovers will get their money’s worth too, as the area is perfect for cycling and hiking. There are riding stables only 2 km away and golf courses nearby.

How to find us:

Motorway Firenze-Pisa, exit Montecatini. After the toll gate, immediately turn right, and then right again, direction Fucecchio. Then straight ahead, after about 2 km turn right at the traffic lights  sign Fucecchio-Empoli.



Straight ahead, turn left at the roundabout (direction Larciano). After the traffic light, turn right (street name Via della Repubblica). At the junction with a stop sign (and a petrol station to the right), turn right.


Continue straight ahead for quite a while, signpost to Cintolese. Continue straight ahead, after 4 km and you get to the signpost for Larciano. Turn left after the sign. 2km further along to your left, there is a sign for Sorgente Caloria. Turn inland (left, street name Via Stradella). Signpost to your left indicating Sorgente Caloria. After 1.5 km you will get to the estate (dead end).
