Detailed description:

In the well-kept garden, there is a swimming pool (13 x 6.5 m), a pizza oven, a barbecue,
a play area for children, and all the gear to play table tennis, football, table football
and bocce.

The interior of the apartments is furnished in a plain and rustic style. The really pleasant owner family takes great care of the property and of course of their summer guests. To the delight our little guests, there are cats, ducks, chucks, rabbits at the farm, and there is now also a small donkey called Milli. The shops are about 2.5 km away, the sea about 13 km. There is not much more we need to say about this place. The many positive comments in our guestbook speak for themselves.

- Apt 4 - (80m2 – 4+2 persons) detached single-storey house, kitchen/living room, two double bedrooms, each with an extra bed, 2 bathrooms with shower / WC.

Description of the area:

In the Maremma Grosseto, the holiday maker finds an incredible variety of different landscapes: miles and miles of sandy beaches lined by lush pine forests, bizarre rock formations along the coastline, gentle hills overgrown with Mediterranean mixed forest, vineyards and
olive groves, plains with protected swamps populated with countless species of birds, secluded mountain ranges preserved in their natural beauty. Everywhere you find tiny medieval mountain villages with the elderly sitting and chatting out front, greeting every passerby with a friendly "buongiorno”.



Apart from that, the Maremma was one of the favourite regions of the mysterious Etruscans. Their traces are everywhere to be seen. There are archaeological sites such as Roselle Vetulonia, just to name a few.

In many of the countless small villages, there are art treasures you can admire dating back to the Antiquity and the Middle Ages. There are also numerous archaeological sites where you can literally walk in the footsteps of the Etruscans.
