Detailed description:

Anelina is a two floor house built in year 2001 in the village of Havdata, 5km from Lixouri town in Kefalonia island. Downstairs there`s a kitchen, a dining place, a living room with a couch and a single bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped including a cooker, a big fridge/freezer and a wooden table that sits up to 8 people. Upstairs there's a spacious living room, 2 double-bedrooms and a big bathroom with a bathtub. The villa also offers a balcony overlooking the sea and two big verandas: one downstairs and one upstairs. The house is traditionally furnished and thus beautifully decorated. The stone construction keeps the summer heat outside and helps you feel fresh and comfortable. At the back and right side of the house is the garden and on the left side the BBQ area, the parking place and a large terrace. The view from the house is really fantastic and panoramic. The sea view is unlimited also from inside the villa.
