The apartment has an ample and complete kitchen. Wood floors, television, CD player and a dining table. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The total surface area is 94m² and is distributed in an entrance hall, two bedrooms /lounge, kitchen – dining room, bathroom and an attic. The attic is oriented towards the South-East and the kitchen with a large window also faces south and provides space and sunlight.

Distances to public transportation: five minutes to the street car and underground station, four stations to Ku-Damm, 20-30 minutes to the Tegel airport, 40 minutes to the Schönefeld airport or to the principal station.

Schöneberg: Schoeneberg a scenic and civically-chic district of Berlin is located between Kreuzberg and Wilmersdorf. There is an extensive variety of stylish pubs, cafes and restaurants just as well as numerous lively and fashionable areas to go out.
Schoenbergs weekend markets such as the winterfeldmarkt are a fabulous place to buy quality fruit, vegetables, flowers and cheeses. After a long day of shopping you can enjoy yourself in one of the surrounding cafes.
City life is enriched by fancy bars and happenings. A little calmer is the area at the Victoria-Luise-Platz or the south of Schoeneberg. This quarter is called Friedenau and boasts grand villas and noble ancient houses. In Schoenebergs town hall John F. Kennedy exclaimed his famous - Ich bin ein Berliner - to the Berliners locked in by the wall. This town hall was also the seat of government up until the German unification; and to this day at noon the freedom bells chime.
