Wandermöglichkeit, Schneeschuhwandern und Tourenskigebiet direkt am Haus. Naturodeln auf unseren Feldern und Hügel was besonders Kindern viel Spaß bereitet. Ausflugsziele in Uttendorf -Weißsee Gletscherwelt, Badesee Uttendorf mit Rutsche u. Eisberg etc. , Sonstige Sehenswürdigkeiten. :

How to find us:
How to get here
You turn off the roundabout in Uttendorf towards „Stubachtal –Weißsee “ ,then follow the road for about 4 km and turn right at a large wooden sign which says:”Leitenheimhof” Fam. Schratl . From there you follow a winding and paved road up the mountain passing the first farm. Carry on for about 2km and when you see a small green signal tower on your right - you have arrived!

Wir waren in Leitenheimhof in August 2008, aber wir denken auf diese Tage immer mit Freude. Alles war toll, und wir möchten nochmal zurückkehren!
Ich schreibe eine "Empfehlung" auch für die ungarische Gäste in Zukunft:
Kedves leendõ magyar vendégek! Bátran ajánlom bárkinek a Leitenheimhofot, mert ideális pihenõhely.
Kényelmes, jól felszerelt, kiváló helyen van, s a környéken számtalan lehetõség van a Hohe Tauern szépségeinek megismerésére.
Az ár elfogadható, a házigazdák kedvesek, és szívesen adnak tanácsokat az idõjárással és a nevezetességekkel kapcsolatban.
A teraszról felejthetetlen kilátás nyílik még augusztusban is a hófödte csúcsokkal záruló Stubach-völgyre. Hat napig voltunk ott, érdemes megnézni a Weißse-gleccservilágot, Mittersillben a Felbernturm-múzeumot, a Nationalpark Welten Múzeumot, kirándulást tenni a Hintersee-hez, felmenni a Kitzsteinhornhoz, s ott szánkózni egyet a gleccserarénában (szánkó és mozgójárda is van ott a fáradt turistáknak), megnézni Kaprun és Zell am See csodás házait, templomait, szállodáit, a Krimml-i vízeséseket és az ottani vízimúzeumot. Mi mindezt belezsúfoltuk a hat napba(nyolchónapos, nyolcéves és tizenkét éves gyerekeinkkel) és mondhatjuk, ez volt családunk legszebb kirándulása.
De ha valaki igazán csak kikapcsolódni akar, arra is megfelelõ ez a csodás ház 4 km-re Uttendorf felett.
