Foxlea II offers tranquillity and privacy, yet remains close to most major attractions in the area. Manicured lawns flow along the sides of the villa, and continue around to the rear garden proper. A central pool, with attached Jacuzzi, occupies the centre of the garden, with a pool shower close by, and a large sala sits in one corner, equipped with TV, fridge and sink, completes the outdoor facilities. The interior of Foxlea II is appointed in a light ash wood, with white porcelain flooring, making the interior very cool and airy.

Kitchen: A small breakfast bar forms the natural boundary of the kitchen area, which is situated in the corner of the main living area proper. Fully equipped, with a large fridge, and both a convection oven and a microwave, as well as every other major kitchen appliance. A vast area of black granite work tops make the kitchen within this villa and absolute delight to prepare food in.
Living Room: The main living area can be accessed from both the front and the rear of the property. A vast, open plan affair, open and cool. Half of the floor space is taken up by a deeply comfortable set of cream leather seating, which serves the large TV, with DVD player and cable TV. Part of the main living space is given over to seated dining for 6.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom is extremely spacious, and appointed in the same tasteful manner as the rest of the villa. A king size bed takes up a fraction of the floor space. Large French doors allow access directly out in to the tropical gardens. The en-suite facilities are equipped with twin basins, rain water shower and a large bathtub. The second bedroom would command the name “master” in any other property, and is spacious, airy and cool. A king size bed is provided, and the en-suite wetroom features both a shower and a bathtub. The third bedroom makes a perfect children’s room, with twin beds. En-suite bathroom facilities are shared with the main lounge area, and feature both a bath tub and a shower. The fourth bedroom, although smaller, still manages to fit a king size bed and leave plenty of open space. The en-suite bathroom comes equipped with a shower.
