The house was build in 2006, and is very clean.
The house consist of a solarsystem for warmwater.
You will be living with a family with two children.
The parents speak german and english. The father is a German and the mother is a Jamaican.

Description of the area:

St. Magarets Bay is located in the Northeastern part of Jamaica, about 11 km from Port Antonio.
The Rio Grande river, famous for rafting is also located in St. Magarets Bay.
The nearest supermarket is approximately 700m away.
The St. Magarets Bay Beach and Bars are about 20 min. away by foot.
