Der Balkon ist ca. 20 m2 gross und ausgerüstet mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegestühlen. Die Wohnung hat automatische Storen. Die romantischen Täler Verzasca, Onsernone, Maggia, Centovalli usw.,wie auch die berühmten Brissagoinseln, Lugano oder die mediteranen Märkte in Italien sind schnell erreichbar. Badeanstalten am Lago Maggiore oder Schwimmbäder sind in der Nähe. Berühmte Orte wie Madonna del Sasso, Caslano, Ponte Tresa, Carcada, Monte Tamaro usw. sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Ein gutes Bahn und Busnetz ist vorhanden. Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Einkaufsgelegenheiten in den grossen Einkaufszentren in Quartino, Tenero und Locarno.
