Ca’ Spina is an old single small house, nicely restored and made available to the people who loves living the simple and genuine Valpolicella. It's the ideal place for a romantic getaway or a business trip even prolonged. In a quarter of an hour you can reach Verona or Lake Garda.

Detailed description:

The rustic house is located 600 mts away from Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella center. Outside is a small terrace, a closed private parking and a garden of about 1000 sqm. Ca' Spina consists of kitchen, double room and bathroom, possibility of an extra bed. The rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with kitchen linen, towels and bed linen. The hause is equipped with oven, two TVs, washing machine, dryer, heating and refrigerated wine cellar. For our guests will be offered a special local welcome gift. Ca' Spina is open all the year, even for one night.

Description of the area:

The landscape is hilly and cultivated with vineyards and olive groves. Valpolicella is an area famous for its wineries (wine: VALPOLICELLA-RECIOTO-AMARONE) and for marbles that are manufactured here for export Art around the world. There are also many natural jogging routes, that intertwine each other and bring you to discover always new views. Within 1 kms from Ca 'Spina, is St. George with his old romanesque church and the adjacent museum. About 10 kms away from, is the Park of Waterfalls of Molina: a unique place to spend a day for exploring and contemplating the nature. Leaving Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, you can go to Verona (14 kms) or to the wonders of Lake Garda (9 kms). Not to forget that within 15 kms are Gardaland, Caneva World, Moviland and Zoo Park.

At the church on right, turn right into Via Marconi, after about 300 mts, turn left into Via Sengia, 200 mts and, at the capital, turn left, 50 mts, at the crossing, keep left. After 50 mts on the left side, is the white gate of Ca 'Spina.(10/15 min)
