In a green area but not isolated,you will enjoy the peace and quiet of our apartment whilst being close to all the amenities the town of Le Boulou has to offer.
The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and will provide you with a home from home environment.

It contains three double bedrooms,a large 40 sqm open plan Kitchen/living area with two leather sofas,Tv by Satellite with a wide choice of European channels(French,English,German and Spanish),a great verandah with seating for 6 where the dining room is situated,a bathroom with a tub/shower attachment and a separate wc.

The house sits on 2000 sqm of land in a southeasterly facing expo(you will get plenty of sunshine)and benefits from the most beautiful sunrises over the sea between the months of May to September.

The pool is a large above ground of 7x3 with sunloungers and a terrace.
There is a gas bbq for your usage as well as outside seating for 6 as well a a swing and a trampoline for the kids.

Description of the area:

The Pyrenees-orientales is a wonderful holiday destination.
It has everything in a small land area from quaint and arty fishing villages(Collioure) to busy beach resorts(Argeles sur mer,St Cyprien,Canet plage).
High mountains for all the hikers at less than 2 hrs drive away.
Spain is only at 12 kms away with easy access to the Costa Brava and all its attractions.

There is a wealth of national monuments for you to visit either side of the border,Palais des rois de Majorques,Salses fortress,St Martin du Canigou,Lac de Bouillouse,Ceret modern art museum,Dali museum in Figueres.

A swimming lake is situated 5 kms from our home and it gives you the opportunity to experience a zip wire fun day out.
The Roussillon is famous for its Muscat wines,its Cotes du Roussillon,its Collioures and Banyuls and has lots of vineyards visits available.
