The vacation house has recently been renovated (2000) and has 4 self-catering apartments with varied permutations of sleeping facilities. It's a summer holiday rental... but not only! It's a tipical house of the italian countryside surrounded by many hectares of ground, cultivated with forage, fruit trees and vineyard, with a wonderful view over the hills.

This is an ideal house for relaxing and enjoying the countryside and entertainment. Also a central location for touring the rest of Italy.

Large and well-furnished bedrooms with private bathroom (shower and bath). All windows are double glazed and have fly screens.

Great outdoor living in Spring, Summer and Autumn. Wonderful for alfresco dining and relaxing!

Description of the area:

Salsomaggiore and Tabiano Terme are located in the area of the province of Parma, a really good starting point for discovering a wonderful country. A land rich of history, art and culture, homeland of Verdi and Toscanini. But also land which offers a great variety of internationally known gastronomic delicious and specialities: infact this area is also called "food valley heart".

The owner, on site, will be glad to give you useful suggestion about interesting tours in the area (e.g. parmesan cheese farm)... or about the best trattoria or restaurant where to try the famous excellent local foods and wine at very reasonable prices.
