Das Ferienhaus "Inessa-Chiara" befindet sich in Apulien ca. 60 km südlich von Tarent, (Taranto) am Ionischen Meer. Da das Haus auf einer kleinen Anhöhe steht, hat man freien Blick auf das Meer. Zum offenen Sandstrand sind es nur 1900 m.
