Our Holidays House offers 8 new apartments situated in a very peaceful area surrounded of Garda Lake by the countryside just 1500 m from the beach and from lake Garda.
Each apartment has got double room, living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and private car parking.
You can also have a meal in our garden offering you fantastic views over the surrounding hilly landscape.
The Apartments are only 1500 m far from the beach and just within a stone's throw from the Garda Lake House you can admire a wonderful view of Lake Garda.
A new swimming pool is at disposal of our guests. It has a surface of 100 square metre and a wide solarium.

In order to help you to find the fastest way to il Melograno, we suggest the following route : Take the motorway Milan-Venice (toll exit at Desenzano), follow the road which goes to SALÓ-RIVA (17 Km). At the crossroads of Manerba , go ahead (1 Km), then branch off this (to the right) for san Felice : after 0.500 km turn left in via Benaco and go ahead for 200 mt. then you'll see our sign on your right. We advise you against leaving at Riva del Garda. If you are coming from Riva, follow the road to Desenzano, then branch off for SAN FELICE after 1 km you find us.
