Detailed description:

Our spacious apartment has been lovingly decorated in all details and equipped with all extras. Tasteful furniture of modern design… a beautiful view over the Mediterranean... all features demanding guests will appreciate.
The apartment is part of an exclusive, small urbanisation with only 17 houses and two large swimming pools, Mediterranean landscaping with cascades, a water lily pond and watercourses.

The complex has video-surveillance.
The luminous and spacious apartment is on the 2nd upper floor and can easily be accessed by elevator straight from the underground garage.
From the terrace, you have a beautiful view over the Mediterranean. On a clear day, you can even discern the coast of Africa.
A particular feature of the apartment is the exclusive and modern furniture. We attach a lot of importance to detail, our motto being “ ive beautifully, even on holidays!”

Beautiful sandy beaches (partly dunes) at easy driving distance (a few minutes). Approx. 40 golf-courses in the surrounding area (from Mijas to Sotogrande). Marbella, with its quaint old town and its famous pleasure port Puerto Banus are literally on your doorstep. Famous cities like Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba, Ronda and the Sierra Nevada can easily be visited in a day. And of course, there are the “ white villages” of Andalusia inviting you for a visit.

How to find us:

Calahonda, on the doorstep of Marbella, in the heart of the Costa del Sol (Costa del Golf), is situated at 230m above sea level and can easily be reached via the Malaga – Cadiz Motorway (AP7), exit Calahonda.
There is a 25 minutes’ drive from the airport in Malaga to your holiday apartment, and it will take you 10 minutes to drive to Marbella town. We suggest you rent a car.

5 Sterne + "S" für Superior

Für uns war es der zweite Auftenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung und wir haben uns wieder wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die ersten drei Tage hatten wir sogar eine Vollpension, da bei unserer Ankunft der Kühlschrank gefüllt war und wir nicht direkt einkaufen mussen.
Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wir hatten nie das Gefühl, in einer Ferienwohnung zu leben.
Die liebevoll zusammengestellten Ausflugsvorschläge haben wir genutzt und waren viel unterwegs. Auch die Restauranttips haben genau unseren Geschmack getroffen.
Und wenn wir mal nicht unterwegs waren, haben wir es unsere in der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung gemütlich gemacht.
Da die Küche perfekt ausgestattet war, konnte man sich auch bequem selbst versorgen.
All dass hat uns dazu veranlasst, der "Cascadas del Sol" neben den bereits vergebenen 5 Sternen noch ein "S" zu verleihen - einfach Superior.

liebenswerte Vermieter, perfekte Wohnung

Um unseren Ehrentag, unsere Silberhochzeit nicht dem Zufall zu überlassen, suchten wir uns ein ganz besonderes Urlaubsdomizil aus. Bei unserer Suche verließen wir uns ganz auf unser gutes Gefühl. Die Bilder im Online-Inserat und die herzlichen, unaufdringlichen Worte des Vermieters am Telefon hatten auf uns sofort eine positive Wirkung. Kurz entschlossen buchten wir diese wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, welche keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung 100%ig sehr gern weiter.

So eine ausgezeichnete Wohnung hatten wir noch nie! Es war sooooo sauber, gepflegt, nett und hochwertig eingerichtet, dass wir uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt haben. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet - egal ob Kaffee- oder Teetrinker, gute Köchin oder Fast-Meal-Cooker, es war an alles gedacht. Die technischen Geräte (TV, Radio, Stereoanlage, Wecker, Digitalthermometer...) genauso wie die herzlichen Accesoires (Teelicht, Windlicht, CD-Sammlung,...). Es gibt so viele positive Kleinigkeiten, die uns täglich immer wieder aufgefallen sind, weil sie unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht haben. Die Vermieter sind so freundlich und mit Herz und Verstand bei der Sache. Die verbleibenden Zeichen für meine Bewertung reichen nicht aus, um alles aufzuschreiben. Darum: Die Wohnung ist einfach spitze!!
