Das Appartement „ Iwan” - eine unabhängige, völlig eingerichtete Wohnung (37qm) - liegt im dritten Stock (Fahrstuhl ) von einem Neubau an einem Südhang mit schönem Panorama-Blick, und besteht aus eine Diele, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad, ein Schlafzimmer (2 Betten) und ein überdachter Balkon.
