Our five Country houses "DOMMIVAA", Domagoj, Miriam, Valentina, Aurora, Mirta, are situated at the small and peaceful village of Burici, next to the small historical Istrian town of Kanfanar.

Detailed description:

The country houses are renovated in a local style (covered with white Istrian stone), they have all a full comfort equipment and access to a swimming pool. They are furnished in an elegant way, air-conditioned and provided with fireplaces, which create a pleasant and romantic atmosphere during the winter.
House "Valentina" is made for 5 people and its 90m² are divided in a ground floor and an upper floor.The ground floor has air-condition and consists of a nice living-room with a fireplace made of stone, satellite-TV, DVD-player, a fully-fitted kitchen and one bathroom (washing-machine) with shower. The upper floor has two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, and a big bathroom with two wash-basins and a tub.
In front of the house there are a cosy, roof covered, terrace with garden furniture, a grill place and a wash-basin; in the courtyard, which belongs to the house, there is a parking place.
House "Aurora" measures 80m² and it is suitable for 4 people. It is divided in two floors; both are provided with air-conditioning. The ground floor consists of a nice living-room with a fireplace, LCD-TV, satellite-TV,DVD-player, a dining table, a fully-fitted kitchen and a WC (washing-machine). At the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double bed; both bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower. "Aurora" has two nice roof covered terraces with garden furniture.
House "Mirta"is suitable for 4 people and it measures 120m², which are divided in two spacious floors, provided with air-conditioning. "Mirta" is kept in a very elegant style. The ground floor consists of a big dining-/living room with a nice fireplace,
LCD-TV, satellite-TV and DVD-player; further there are a fully-fitted kitchen and a WC (washing-machine). From the living-room you come to a roof covered terrace with garden furniture, from where you directly reach a nice outdoor swimming pool(10x5). At the upper floor of Mirta there are two bedrooms with double bed, and each room has its own bathroom with shower.

In the courtyard there is an outdoor swimming pool(10x5), which gets also used by the guests of all three houses. The pool area is provided with chaises-longues and an outdoor shower.
Internet, safe and hairdryer. Cots, a fitness room and a sauna are on request.

Whether you wish only to sunbathe, or to discover the historic places of "Croatian Tuscany", its beauties, wine roads and gastronomy, than come to visit us in Burici; Located in the interior of Istria, but still only a stone-throw away from the coast (only 17km from Rovinj), Burici constitutes the perfect starting-point towards all the other historical towns such as Rovinj, Porec, Motovun or Sveti Vincenat...

How to find us:

By car: Take the direction Pula and than the exit Rovinj/Kanfanar. At the end of the road turn right in direction Kanfanar and than continue for some hundreds of meters until reaching the level crossing. After it turn right in direction of Burici and continue straight ahead until getting right into the village Burici, where the Country houses are situated.

Additional comments regarding the rates:	Daily residence tax/person: 01.03-31.05 = 5,5kn 01.06-30.09 = 7kn 01.10-31.10 = 5,5kn 01.11-28.02 = 4,5kn Teenagers between 12-18 years have 50% discount. Children up to the age of 12 years don’t pay any tax. The day of arrival the guests are asked a 200€ cash deposit, which will be reimbursed on their departure, after a fittings check. The arrival and the departure are on Saturdays. The houses are at disposal after 3pm, and the day of departure they must be left before 10am. A stay under 4 nights increases the price of the houses by 40%. In particular cases additional persons are allowed: baby beds 7€/day, all the others 20/day. Aircondition on request: "Valentina"(ground floor): 3EUR/day; "Aurora" and "Mirta": 5EUR/day. Internet on request: 4EUR/day.
