Our house is situated in the Argolida, East-Peloponnes, Greece, near the historic town of Nafplio. The village Assini is 2 km from the sea.

Detailed description:

The apartment is in a new house which was built in 1998/99 in a silent place on the edge of the village in orange plantations. In the apartment is space up to 6 persons. Assini is a good outgoing point for trips to the ancient places Mycenae, Epidavros, Argos or Corinth. From the fishermens village Tolo in summertime are leaving ships to the islands of Spetses, Hydra and Poros and also to Monemvassia.

Description of the area:

the surroundings are very green, because of the orange plantations. To the centre of the village it is only a 5 minutes walk. There are taverns, little supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, cafés and even a little night bar.

By airplane to Athens, from there good connections by bus or train. Recommended is to rant a car. By car and ship: from Venice or Ancona in Italy to Patras in Greece. From Patras aprox. 200 km to Assini
