Koserow combines the character of a fishing village mixed with modern tourist offerings.
The cottage, a massive new building stands in a quiet local situation in the area of homes and cottages in the Baltic Sea area (200 m) with a revamped Boulevard Street, which ends at the beach, which is reached in 2 to 3 minutes. Restaurants and shops are there in the vicinity. The environment of the house is designed gardening. We rent two 50-square foot apartments (type I) on the ground floor with terraces and two 70-m ²-maisonettes (type II) with balconies on the upper floor. Each apartment has its own entrance. The superior quality standard we have set up homes and created for the exciting vacation amenities: In the living room with laminate flooring lines are modern kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove and other electrical devices) and additional beds on the couch, Radio and TV device. In the bathrooms with shower (downstairs) or shower and bathtub (maisonettes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms - with shower above and below with bathtub), a washing machine is available. Crib with pillows and Kinderhochstühlchen are available. In the camp bed maisonettes can also be set up. Each apartment has a small hallway from which you get into the individual rooms. Description of the area:

Approx. 200 meters away from our house we can also go to Streckelsberg () with rare plants, is one of approximately 60 m to the highest elevations of Usedom and invites to a walk.
