Villa il Nido
Villa "Il Nido" has been newly restored from an ancient barn to an excellent standard. It is near the owner's property but is completely independent, with a small garden, private covered verandah and eating out area with barbecue.
Private dip pool (5.5m dia, 1.40 m deep); barbecue.

Cottage House
Cottage House "Il Palazzetto" is a restructured house dating back to 1900.
It is adjacent to the owners property, but completely independent. It offers self-catering accommodation and can sleep up to six people.

If you arrive from Pisa Airport take the A12 Genova – Livorno motorway in the direction of Genova. Leave at Pisa Nord and join the A11 Firenze – Mare motorway towards Lucca.

Exit at Lucca Est and follow signs for Castelnuovo di Garfagnana. Before entering in Castelnuovo you will see on your left a FIAT showroom.

Take the road on your left after the showroom and stay on the main road following the Forte dei Marmi indications.

After nearly 1 Km you will see on your left the sign "LITTLE BAR".

This is followed by a school.

At the end of the school there is a lane on the left with a signpost for Residenza "IL PALAZZETTO".

Turn left into the lane, left again at the first junction, go past the villas on your left and you will reach Residenza "IL PALAZZETTO" where the lane ends.
