These 5 high quality chalets, set in their own well-kept garden, have been designed specifically with couples in mind and are an ideal base for sightseeing and touring the Scottish Highlands. Bus stops to-and-from Inverness are conveniently situated only a few hundred yards away!

The chalets each consist of one double bedroom, shower room and open plan lounge\kitchen. All bed linen is supplied. (Towels can be hired). The chalets have electric heating throughout and are fully equipped. Electricity is by £1 coin operated meters.

Description of the area:

Kilcoy Chalets are set in the delightful open countryside of The Black Isle. This area has an abundance of wildlife and is home to the red kite, buzzards, deer and occasional pine marten and red squirrel. Bottlenose dolphins can be seen from Chanonry Point. There are many castles and historic buildings within a short drive and picturesque Loch Ness is approximately a half-hour drive. You can sample the delights of some of the Highlands many famous whisky distilleries on the Scotch Whisky Trail. The nearest, Ord Distillery, is only 10 minutes from the chalets. Visit the Isle of Skye and drive through some of the most spectacular countryside in Scotland!

The local Pipebands play every week in nearby Strathpeffer and Beauly - a delight to watch and listen to on a magical summer evening!

Kilcoy Chalets are situated only 7 miles from Inverness. Follow the A9 north to Tore and at the roundabout take the A835 Ullapool road for approximately one mile and Kilcoy is sign-posted on the left. The Chalets can be easily found one quarter mile along this single-track road.
