Im Holzhaus befinden sich die Wohnungen „Prunne“ und „Pomme“ für 4-6 Personen. Die Eingänge liegen ebenerdig und separat, auf zwei Etagen befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder/WC so wie ein großer Wohnraum mit Küchenecke, Terrasse und Balkon.
Für Gruppen lassen sich beide Wohnungen durch eine Tür zu einer Einheit verbinden.

Ebenfalls ebenerdig liegt „Cerise“, für 2-4 Personen, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Bad/WC, einem gemeinsamen Wohnraum mit Küchenecke und großer Terasse.
