"La Cesa" is a beautifully restored stone coutry house at the base of the Sibillini Mountains, half way ( 2Km)between the historic towns of Sarnano and San Ginesio. There are 4 self contained apartments, a swimming pool and situated in quiet woodland.

“La Cesa”

We have recently renovated this beautiful traditional Marche country house and outlying buildings. We can offer you privacy, peace and quiet in one of our 4 spacious totally self contained apartments, a large swimming pool, a friendly reception and a vast knowledge of the area. We are a long established Italian family from this area but we can communicate in English, German and obviously Italian!

We are situated in woodland at the base of the Sibillini mountains about half way between the medieval historic towns of Sarnano and San Ginesio. Sarnano is the nearest and is only about 5 minutes by car, where you have access to shops, the local market, bars, restaurants and anything that you could possibly need. It is impossible to resist the local produce such as the splendid wines, delicious cheeses, various meats and the flavour of the daily fresh fruit and vegetables.

There are many woodland walks around “La Cesa” but within 20 minutes you can be up in the Mountains where there is skiing in the winter and whole range of various, well indicated walks in spring, summer or autumn. There is also mountain biking, quad biking, horse riding, and for the more adventurous of you, there is a local flying school (hang gliding etc.) where you can take lessons from fully qualified instructors. We can help to organise any of these activities for you. For those of you who like the beach, then it is only a 40 minute drive from us.

Our apartments normally accommodate 2 people but we can arrange for extra beds or cots if requested. We normally change the linen once a week or on request and we also offer a laundry service for your personal use. (See supplemental charges).

We are very happy to receive “well behaved” pets.

In der Umgebung haben Wir einer der schoensten Abflugplaetze fuer Paragleider, Sarnano bietet auch mehrere Ablauf und Langlauf Pisten fuer Skisportler an. Wir koennen ach sehr schoene Wander und Mountain Bike Wege aufweisen. Am 12 km. entfernten stausee von Fiastra gibt es die moeglichkeit sich Quadbikes zu mieten.
