Description of the area:

The location has been carefully chosen for its confined attributes privacy, access, services, amenities and aesthetics. Conveniently situated on the outskirts of Oroklini village with stunning views of the countryside and the sea (2. 5 km) in the background. They are situated in a secluded area with private road (access to residents and their guests only). The village itself which is within walking distance offers a range of shops (where you can even get organic products). Supermarket, bank, chemist, laundry & dry cleaners, bakery, gym. You can even go for horse & donkey rides on the animal ranch, go-carting or bowling. Some parts of the village have been restored in their original traditional style, the place to go for some fine rustic restaurants. Oroklini public beach with its fine hotels is only five minutes away (2. 5 km), the centre of Larnaca fifteen minutes away. The International Airport is 20, Ayia Napa and Nicosia can be reached in thirty minutes, Limassol 45 and the Troodos Mountains in an hour.

HOW TO REACH REGINAS EXCLUSIVE VILLAS
FROM LARNACA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

At the first roundabout, just outside the airport, turn right towards Larnaca

At the first roundabout(with a fountain in the middle) turn left following directions to Nicosia. Follow the main road which after five minutes drive will take you outside Larnaca and through Aradippou village. At the fourth round about, which is a large round about after passing the Police station on your left, take the third exit direction to AYIA NAPA. Turn left at the third exit towards Oroklini (VOROKLINI) Village. Follow the road straight until you reach the chemist and the Bank of Cyprus on your left. After about 100m at the next junction turn right (Take care here as some people make the mistake to follow the road into the old village. )Once you turn right follow the road straight and once you are outside the Village, you will see a block of flats, The Mediterranian Sunrise. We are just behind.
