The apartment has two rooms with four beds each and a double room that also has a private balcony. Each room is spacious and has wardrobes and cupboard space along with a couch and chairs. There are two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen inclusive of a fridge and even an oven, as well as a dining area complete with table and chairs. There is also an inside balcony area just off the kitchen/dining area which has a view and a clothes rack for drying clothes. Overall, the décor is bright, modern, and spacious, and the kitchen has a nice retro feel to it.

The apartment building (Block N. 150) is situated in the residential area of Sofia called complex “Nadejda I”, Vazhrozhdenska str. which has direct public transport to the city center: tram lines N. 1, 7 and 6. It's easy to reach from the Central Railway and Bus Station.

If you arrive with a bus or train, you have to take tram N. 1, 7 or 6 from the Central Station in direction complex Nadejda (opposite the center), than get down at the 5th tram stop called Kubadin str. Than you have to cross the main road and go down the street which is perpendicular of the main road (Sava Filaretov str.). Take the second street on the right. On the right hand side there is a burnt orange/beige two-tone apartment block with the number 150 on the side of it.
