Detailed description:

The studio is recently renovated and it has one bathroom and an open-plan big room and kitchen. In this room there is a very comfortable sofa bed easily transformed to a double (trundle bed underneath) or two single beds.The kitchen is very well equipped with all necessary appliances working with electric power (no gas available).
There is a balcony in front with very nice view all over the corinthian gulf, the corinthian canal, and the mountains around and of course the long loutraki beach where you can swim. If you like watching the sunset you will have the occasion to admire one of the best in Greece. The studio is equipped with air-condition and awnings to protect from the sun and the afternoon heat. The balcony doors are equipped with double glasses to assure noise and heat isolation. Free internet connection is available.
If more than 2 persons wish to come for holidays, you can rent also my other flat (listed as apartment by the beach, under no.7774) which accomodates 3-4 people. So if you rent both the total price will be discussed. These two flats are one next to the other and their balconies communicate.

Description of the area:

From loutraki you can easily visit Athens (the capital city of Greece) and a lot of interesting places in the Peloponnese (please consult a map of greece) as well as in the northern part of the country. Organized guided excursions are available by plenty of tourist offices in Loutraki at reasonable prices. in Loutraki during August and September there are many cultural events with free entrance. At Epidaurus, 1h½ h drive from Loutraki, during the summer months there are theater (ancient drama) performances at the famous ancient Epidaurus theater. There are organized visits by coach on that purpose from loutraki to Epidaurus at a cost of 20 euros (return coach ticket) + theater ticket.

How to find us:

You can reach us in two hours by bus X93 from the Athens airport to the Kifissos coach terminal and then by coach directly to Loutraki terminal which is at 50m form our building (total cost about 15E).Another option is the Proastiakos train in 1h1/2 directly from the airport to Corinth city and then by taxi to Loutraki(15km) The cost of this journey is abt 15E the train ticket and 15E the taxi fare.
