The vacation rental
On a 10,000 sqm large area, overgrown with pine trees, agave and juniper, planned by the architect Henri Quiller this villa for up to 8 persons.
The summer cottage is independent by his modern solar arrangement and a storage tank for rain fresh water of the environment. However, this also signifies that one should handle prudently with energy and water. Thanks to the most modern technology lie close everywhere in the house Cold water and Hot water as well as 220 V. An emergency stream aggregate automatically protects the care, should not be sufficient the capacity of the batteries once, nevertheless, any more.

Description of the area:

Casa Sa Paret Nova was made up with the time so of the scenery that no weather to the house could damage. The comfortably patio (110 square metres) is even with strong wind a quiet solar-flowed through oasis and is connected by a glass sliding door with the north terrace. From the north terrace one has a wonderful look at the nature, the sea and the legendery rocks of Ibiza "Es Vedrá". Because both terraces are partially roofed, one can also enjoy with the strong sun on authentic furnishings his Tapas and a good wine with friends.
