Detailed description:

The Dairy, sleeps 6 people in a 3 bedroom cottage. There is a double bedroom and a room with full size bunk beds, which share a family bathroom. The third bedroom has twin beds and also an ensuite shower / wc. The living area has a well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer. There is a dining table and chairs along with comfy sofas, tv, dvd, cd/radio. Outside there is a patio with garden furniture and bbq.
There is also parking and shared gardens.

Markwell farm is in a quiet location, being at the end of a no through road but within easy access to all the attractions od Cornwall.

How to find us:

From the M5 at Exeter take the A38 signposted Plymouth. Follow this road over the Tamar Bridge into Cornwall (approx 45 mins drive). Continue on this road past Saltash. As you apprroach Landrake village turn left into the village before the green footbridge. Turn Left at the Bullers Arms into Church Street. At the edge of the village take the RH road. Follow this through St Erney, past Church on LHS and Markwell Farm is at the end.
