Uniquely positioned high on the Cotswold escarpment overlooking Regency Cheltenham, the Old Dairy at Slades Farm boasts one of the ten best views in England. All the main rooms provide panoramic vistas westward across the Severn Vale to the Black Mountains of Wales and southward as far as the Severn Bridge. alks start within a few feet of the front door with Nottingham Hill.
Accommodation
There are three double sized bedrooms. Downstairs is a large bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower & bath. Upstairs another large bedroom has twin beds, a vaulted ceiling and a picture window directed toward breathtaking sunsets. The third bedroom has twin beds, vaulted ceiling and a large conservation roof window. Between the bedrooms is a second bathroom, with a shower. The gallery also has a double Futon bed and there is a sofa bed in the sitting room, for those single occasions. A cot, high chair, and Z beds are also available on request for the extra kids.

Description of the area:

Walks start within a few feet of the front door with Nottingham Hill, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, rising above the cottage. Within a quarter of a mile is 1000 feet-high Cleeve Hill with its golf course and ancient earthworks Beyond are the Cotswolds with their picturesque villages and stately homes, while Slimbridge Wildfowl Trust and Stratford-upon-Avon are both within easy reach. Only four miles away 15 minutes drive is Cheltenham with its superb Regency architecture, stylish shops, annual Music Festival and famous Race Course. Set in its own four acres of unspoiled meadowland, the Old Dairy is a carefully restored stone-built dairy dating from the early 19th century, which has been remodelled internally by the owners to the highest specifications. Its heart is a 30 feet long, vaulted, oak-floored sitting room with a gallery and wood-burning stove.
