*FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN has gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment and larder fridge freezer.

*This property has 4 bedrooms all with a double bed plus single beds when agreed

*FAMILY ROOM has 2 double beds. Some temporary single beds can be arranged if agreed beforehand.

*GROUND FLOOR has a double bedroom with a wet room and access directly to the garden/pool area.

*SECOND FLOOR has one large family bedroom with 1 double bed and settee bed and a double bedroom with a shared wet room.

*TOP FLOOR a very large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe.

*FIRST FLOOR has a large open plan kitchen, dining living area with another wet room, television and DVD player. If you wish to watch DVDs in a language other than English then it is suggested that you bring your own.

*Each floor except the ground floor has its own terrace facing south west.

*The property has internet access and capability of showing large screen films outdoors.

*Bedlinen provided and changed every 4 days.

Description of the area:

The city of Burgas is 15 minutes away with everything from beaches, sea park, bars, cafes, restaurants clubs etc associated with a large city. At the moment there are many renovations going on within the cities public areas and it will be a very interesting and restful place to visit in 2011.

The typical tourist resort of Sunny Beach is 20 minutes by car as is the historic town of Nessebar (Mesambria) with beaches, archeologocal finds etc

To the south of the city is the historic town of Sozopol (Apollonia) with beaches, restaurants and historic sites. In September there is the famous Sozopol Arts Festival
