Description of the area:

The Apartment-house is located 12 km away from the town of Mali Losinj in the quiet bay of Kandija, only 60 m from the sea. It is surrounded by wonderfull nature of a typical mediterranean vegetation, macchia and pine-wood and it offers accomodation in 3 apartments: Lux, XL and Small. In the bay the beach is of mixed characteristics, but we can offer You the possibility of boat-renting, for the exploration of other beaches, or a mooring for Your own boat. Due to the extraordinary climatic circumstances a long term rent of our appartments is possible even out of the summer-season and specially to those who love underwater- and sportfishing, hunting or for those artloving souls (painters, writers, photographers, ...) who love quietness and tranquillity and know how to enjoy the beauty of nature.
