Die Villa bietet Platz für bis zu 14 Personen und verfügt auf drei Etagen über insgesamt sieben geräumige Schlafzimmer und sechs große Badezimmer mit modernen Duschkabinen. Auf jeder Etage gibt es darüber hinaus ein Wohnzimmer, eine Essecke und eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche. Sämtliche Handtücher und die Bettwäsche werden zweimal pro Woche gewechselt. Das Anwesen ist für größere und kleinere Gruppen gleichermaßen geeignet und bietet ein Höchstmaß an Komfort, Ruhe und Privatsphäre.

Nur 300m entfernt befindet sich eine kleine, urige Taverne. Der nächste Bäcker und ein Gemischtwaren-Laden sind etwa 1km von der Villa entfernt. Am langen Sandstrand von Georgioupolis in 1,5km Entfernung warten zahlreiche Hotels und Gaststätten auf Ihren Besuch, während das Zentrum von Georgioupolis und das malerische Bergdorf Kournas jeweils etwa 3km entfernt sind.

Der nächst gelegene Flughafen befindet sich in Chania. Von dort sind es etwa 40 km bis zur Villa Irini. Alternativ können Sie auch über Heraklion fliegen. Von dort führt die Küstenstraße Richtung Westen. Bis zum Ferienhaus sind es ca. 110km. Gäste, die die Anreise mit dem PKW bevorzugen, können vom Festland aus mit der Fähre von Piräus nach Chania übersetzen.
