The villa apartments La Sostra are situated right on the lakefront in a large villa (formerly a historic building) with pool and private beach.

Detailed description:

Through a covered porch, you get to the stairs leading to the 2nd floor where you find the entrance to the apartment. Living-dining area and open kitchen equipped with corner bench seating, a big dining table, 2 comfortable Rattan armchairs with side table.

The apartment is beautifully furnished in Lombardy style. The hallway leads to the double bedroom (lake side), the bathroom with bath tub, toilet w/bidet and to the twin bedroom with box room on the street/mountain side of the apartment.

Big pool (6 x15 m) with sun lawn and beautiful lake view. In the nicely kept gardens, accessible to all our clients, there is plenty of space for recreational games by the lake from where you have a fantastic panoramic view of the mountains and Lake Como.

Bedroom in Venetian Blue with double bed and a fabulous view over the lake – perfect for your relaxing moments. Sun lawn and a pool area with palm trees to enjoy wonderful relaxation. Comfortable deck chairs are available locally.


The Villa La Sostra has its own private beach with sanitary facilities and a jetty. The property is surrounded by tall green hedges giving you plenty of privacy. The road leading through the village is at the back of the house.
You can park your car within the property.

Description of the area:

Alongside its beautiful stretch of beach, the former fishing village of Domaso boasts an attractive old town centre with many restaurants and bars, a disco and, of course, all shopping facilities you need. Plenty of opportunities to practice your favourite sport, such as tennis, sailing, windsurfing, motor boating, swimming, etc. The Casa La Sostra is also an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking.
