Hübsche Ferien-Villa in Calpe für 4 -6 Personen, mit privatem Schwimmbad. Die Villa befindet sich in der Wohngegend Cometta II.Garten und Schimmbad. Das Haus hat eine Etage. Wohnfläche 90 m². Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und hat eine Fläche von etwa 500 m². Geschlossener Parkplatz für zwei Fahrzeuge.
Innenausstattung: Zugang zum geräumigen Wohn-Esszimmer mit Sat-TV ,Deckenlüfter und Klimaanlage W/K sowie eine Doppel-Bettcouch. Offene Küche mit Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster,Geschirrspüler, Kühl-und Gefrierschrank und anderen Küchenutensilien. Die Villa hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett . 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC, Waschmaschine.
Aussenbereich: das Grundstück ist sehr privat, mit Schwimmbad mit römischer Treppe (8 x4 m), 2 Terassen und 1Dachterasse mit Meerblick, gemauerter Grill und Aussendusche. Nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum Calpe und Levantestrand entfernt.

Der beliebte Ferienort liegt zwischen Valencia 120KM und Alicante 70KM.Calpe verfügt über Zwei ausgedehnte Sandstrände,
zwischen denen sich der imposante Penon de Ifach erhebt.
Für den Selbstversorger gibt es eine große Anzahl von Supermärkten.Einmal in der Woche(Samstag)ist Markttag.
Calpe verfügt über ein Fischereihafen und eine schöne Altstadt
mit vielen Restaurants und Bars.
