Villa & Garden
Our villa is situated near the centre of Berlin. It is built in 1912 and completely renovated, situated at the upper-class district called Karlshorst. This is at the location where the German Capitulation was signed in 1945 (today it exists as a museum).
The location around the house is very calm and green. There are two very large balconies where you have a beautiful view over the natural garden. Inside our villa we proudly present to you the original doors, the original wooden floor boards and very nice handmade stucco.
You can reach the centre of Berlin in 15 minutes by train or car. Close by there are supermarkets, restaurants, a railway-station, choffeeshops, nice sauna, etc.
Inhabiting this vacation villa promises you exclusive opportunities for recreation next to the exciting city centre of Berlin.
