Detailed description:

The holiday home SABRINA is directly right hand from the main entrance of the Villa, at a few footsteps distance from the garden. The apartment SABRINA offers one bedroom and a sofa bed in the large living area, totalling four sleeping berths. (According to prior agreement, a second sofabed can be prepared in the kitchen/living room, bringing the number of sleeps up to six.) SABRINA has an own little terrace accessible from the outside.
The property is situated on a hill above the small village of San Martino. A short private street heads from the gateway up to the Villa. The small chapel on the right is the reception office. There are eight apartments in the Villa, built around 1500, and other three apartments in two rustic annexes. The buildings are all surrounded by garden and all apartments have their own garden furniture. Slightly raised compared with the Villa are a swimming pool (12 x 6 m), a tennis court, a ping-pong table and a swing for little children. Out of eyeshot a parking area locked by a remote controlled gate.

Description of the area:

Our Villa is 1 km above the village of San Martino in Freddana and belongs to the area of the nature reserve Alpi Apuane. We are 10 km from Lucca, on the provincial round SP 1 towards Camaiore. Pisa and Florence (airports) are 35 and 80 km away, Viareggio on the Thyrrhenian coast 25 km. In San Martino there are a supermarket, a grocery, two bars, a bakery, a post office, a branch of Banca Toscana (with bancomat), two physicians, a pharmacy, a hairdresser and other business. Good choice of pizzerias and restaurants within a few km.

How to find us:

Coming from Lucca, follow the SS1 towards Camaiore for 10 km. At San Martino turn right towards Fiano. The Villa is signed out there. After 700 m turn right again (following signs to Villa Torre degli Onesti), up the hill for 300 m.
