Wonderful holiday home at the beach in Denia, Costa Blanca, Spain for up to 8 people.
This newly renovated holiday villa is situated in an ideal location for enjoying the beach, sea and sun. A small dead end street leading off the main road down to the beach is where Villa Vicenta is situated. From the house to the beach is about 20 meters, so only one minute walk away to enjoy the beautiful sandy beach and the sea. A paradise for all holidaymakers in summer, but also to enjoy outside of the summer, it is a delightful place to enjoy the Spanish coast, to take long walks on the beach or to visit the centre of Denia. The holiday villa is surrounded by a large garden with lawn and trees and offers a private pool with a wooden deck and lovely sun beds made of wood . The property is completely fenced and not visible from the street. The villa consists of two floors connected by an interior staircase and features many amenities, such as a plasma TV with satellite connection, internet, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning (extra charge). Two parking places on the plot are available.

Description of the area:

Denia is a sundrenched mundane harbour city with a small-town feel to it, located at the Costa Blanca in the Comunidad Valenciana in Spain, at the north coast of Alicante province straight across the island of Ibiza which can be reached by the ferries from Denia´s port. Denia is the capital of the Marina Alta district. Valencia and Alicante airports are both approximately 100 km away from Denia. Denia has a beautiful marina and a medieval castle with view on the city and the sea.
