The villa has a sea-view from all two bedrooms.
Located just 2 kilometres away from sandy beaches and peaceful harbours, in the heart of seven gently sloping hills, Le Cannet, “France’s Madeira”, is a perfect base for easy and pleasant walks through a typical Mediterranean environment with pine-trees, olive-trees, mimosas, orange-trees and eucalyptus.

The ancient village of "Le Cannet" founded in 1041, between the Mediterranean Coast and Provence, is far from traffic but only a few minutes away from Cannes's prestigious "Croisette".

The peaceful charm of such surroundings will lead you to many touristy and/or professional discoveries. The town enjoys a breathtaking panorama over Cannes, extending from the Lerins Islands to the Esterel Mountains.

Culture and Folklore :
The orange tree "bigaradier":
Traditionally cultivated in Le Cannet, its flowers allow the manufacture of delicate perfumes, while its fruit is used to produce an excellent marmalade and a delicious orange wine.

The olive tree:
The fruit of this typical Mediterranean tree gives a balmy olive oil, and is also used to produce the "tapenade", a smooth and thick paste really appreciated in the south of France to go with “aperitif”.

Heritage :
Le Cannet holds a strong cultural and artistic heritage. The "Chapelle Notre Dame des Anges" the "Chapelle Saint-Sauveur" and "Eglise Sainte-Catherine", the Old Town, as well as the wall decorated by Peynet bear a living testimony to such a rich past. In the spring of 2008 the new Musée Bonnard will open in Le Cannet.
