Other opening and closing bed are availble (total: 5+1 beds), one bathroom with shower, ample terrace of 40 mq (440 sq. feet). It is possible to use the 4000 mq (4790 sq. yard) of land around the house for parking, barbecue, sterilezed boxes for pets. On request: crib for free, agreements with restaurant or delivery meals, beach umbrella.
The house is provided with: cooking stove and stove with gas, microwave,electric coffeepot, refrigerator with freezer, sattelite television, iron, hairdryier, CD rom, electric water heater for summer and fireplace water heater for winter, laundry, safe in two rooms, electric fan, paraffin and wood-stove, taster,conditioned air.
Prices include: use of water, 70 units per week of electricity, bedlinens for 5/6 guests, use of the spaces described above.

Collecorvino-Pescara: The old town was founded in the IX century, by the Longobards. It was built as a small village on a hill at 253 meters above mean see level (MSL), facing Valle del Tavo at East of Loreto Aprutino. The town, with houses of middle age architecture, is a maze of crooked narrow streets that offer an ample and spectacular view of the Gran Sasso and Maiella mountains from one side, of rural farms and the Adriatic ocean on the other side. It is located at the center of Area Vestina Pescarese, renowned for its production of olive oil D.O.P.
In town you can find banks, pharmacy (drug store), gas station, restaurant, weekly market on tuesdays, public transportaitons, Health Service.
