Small but cost and comfortable: this well-maintained holiday accommodation with a large bedroom, a shower room, and a living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette offers everything you could wish for for a relaxing holiday for two people (+ one child).

Modern and quality furnishings include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, satellite TV, filtered drinking water through a high-quality reverse osmosis system, a Delonghi fully automatic coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. A garden grill is available, as well as a table and chairs, sun loungers, and a shade awning on the private terrace.
On a separate property and just a few steps away is our spacious pool complex for only seven houses.
You can swim extensively in the 8x14 m pool, 400 sq m of terraces invite you to sunbathe under palm trees, and you can surf the internet for free in the shady 50 sq m pool house.

The proximity to the kilometer-long sandy beach of Sa Rapita-Es Trenc with its Caribbean-blue waters (only about 3.5 km away) makes for a perfect vacation.

The sandy beach of Sa Rapita-Es Trenc, with its white sand and crystal-clear waters, begins at the marina of the quiet village of Sa Rápita.

The village has one large and two smaller supermarkets, a pharmacy, a newsagent's, a year-round-open bakery with a café shop, and a variety of restaurants (most of which are open year-round).

Excellent shopping opportunities, including several large supermarkets, specialty shops, and a weekly market, can be found in Campos (10 km away).
