Das Wohnzimmermit Sat-TV ist verglast und nach Süden ausgerichtet. Davor liegt der Pool mit seinen Terrassen. Waschmaschine im Nebenraum, PKW-Parken im Schatten im Hof. Wintervermietung ist auch möglich.
