Each apartment consists of 1 Living/Bedroom each equipped with 1 Double Bed. An additional single bed stand in the Upstairs apartment therefore good for max. 3 persons to sleep. A Bathroom and a small basic equipped kitchen. Each Room has it's own entrance and veranda.
Besides a small swimming pool and a outdoor shower there is a gazebo for total relaxation available.
Our garden offers fruit trees like Mango, Ackee, Avocado, Coconut, Banana & Lime Sweet- and Sour Orange trees and Sweetsop tree, all different kind of tropical flowers, birds (Doctor Birds, Nightingale) & butterflies.

Description of the area:

The Apartment lays about 100 meters/330feet above sea level. Most of the time there is a nice breeze (Trade Wind) blowing. The temperatures are therefore a bit lower than in the nearby city.
It lays surrounded of a nice neighborhood.

The Apartments are located at the outskirts of Montego Bay. About 20 min. by car from the airport or just 8 min. from the nearest Plaza (Westgate Plaza) of the city. A 10-12 min. footwalk on a pathway leads you down to the main road to get access to the public transportation system like Sampler Taxis & Minibus).
