Beautiful stone house on 2 acres of land in the green Périgord (Southwest France).

Detailed description:

Das 2002 restaurierte, über eine Allee erreichbare Landhaus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit weiter Aussicht auf die malerischen Flußlandschaften der Dronne. Das mit Wein und Rosen bewachsene Haus ist von drei Terrassen umgeben und besitzt ein 13 Meter langes Schwimmbad mit lichtdurchflutetem Poolhaus und grossen Sonnendecks.

Petit Bersac liegt in den Auenlandschaften der Dronne, gegenüber von Aubeterre, der historischen Stadt mit der, aus einem monolithischen Block geformten unterirdischen Kirche. Das verträumte Dorf mit weit über 2000 Jahre alter Geschichte war Siedlungsraum in der gallo-romanischen Zeit.
