The apartments have a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and almost the whole bay up to a sharp rock and back offers a magnificent view of the mountains.
The building is in single layer on a 2000 sqm plot, 1 km outside of Mochlos. The garden is landscaped with many flowering plants and small trees.

Mochlos is known for excellent fish tavernas.
