Detailed description:

The stone cottage consists of living room with satelite TV, a sunken kitchen with electric stove, electric hob, microwave and small undercounter fridge. The stairs above the kitchen lead to the loft bedroom, with double bed and overlooking the downstairs living roomfrom its wrought iron railing. There is a memory foam mattress topper for added comfort. The bathroom contains toilet, sink and shower. The door to the bathroom is the only interior door inside. The rest is open plan. There is another shower outside if you prefer. Enerring further into the cottage there is another large living area with day beds and coffee table. Most of the furniture is antique or restored by hand. There is aircon throughout hot and cold and a pool cleaning service once a week. It is a special place for two and only for two.

Description of the area:

Located half way between Alcudia and the Port of Alcudia. The Hay Loft is on the road to Alcanada.
The Walled town of Alcudia with its pedestrianized center is a short walk and the Port of Alcudia, its restaurants and night life is a ten minute stroll.
For golf enthusiasts, the Pollensa golf club is a 15 minute drive and the Club de Golf de Alcanada, can be reached in 2 minutes by car.
The property is totally fenced in and private. Ample parking and the private pool measures 5 by 7 meters.
