The flat is located in the first floor in a normal dwelling house and has a size of 50 square metre. It is divided in a living/eating room (with TV), a bedroom, a bathroom and a little hall. For sleeping there is a double bed, a single bed and a pull-out couch (cot on inquiry). The kitchen is complete furnished with a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a cooffeemaker and a water cooker.

The flat is centrally located in the district Giesing and is best connected with the public tansport: tram 27 and bus 54 in front of the house, metro and suburban (U2 Feldmoching - Messestadt Ost, S-Bahn 2 + 6) 3 minutes on foot. We gladly give you an exact information how to reach the flat from airport (45 min) or from central station (20 min).
